Refund Policy
At HeroStyle, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping is free of charge, and no restocking fees apply.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, damaged after delivery, are missing original packaging, or show signs of misuse.
Certain personalized or custom-made products, if applicable, are also non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team to initiate a return for the original product.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.
